Title: Thai Black Japonica Salad
Categories: Vegetarian Rice Salad
Yield: 6 Servings

1 1/2cLundberg black japonica uncooked
1/2cEach:
  Bell pepper, green; diced
  Bell pepper, red; diced
1/2cCarrots; grated
1/2cCelery; chopped
1/2cOnion, green; chopped
1tbSesame oil
2tbCanola oil
2tbTamari
1/4cRice vinegar
1/4cLundberg sweet dreams brown rice syrup
1tsGarlic granules
1tsRed pepepr, dried; crushed
1/4cCashews; toasted; chopped

Cook rice acording to package instructions and set aside to cool. Mix togetheroils, tamari, vinegar, rice syrup, garlic and peppers. Toss mixture with rice, vegetables and cashews. Chill and serve. Yield: 6-8 servings.
